Chocolate Cake with red berries
Zutaten Für 10 Portionen
Ingredients for the dough:
5 eggs
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/3 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
Ingredients for topping:
1 tablet of culinary chocolate
3 tablespoons of butter
Red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
Vorbereitung (10 pax)
Grease the mould tin with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add milk and immediately the chocolate powder.
Add the previously sifted flour.
Add the oil and pour it in the mould tin.
Bake for 40 minutes and do the toothpick test at the end of cooking.
Notes:
Let the cake cool down and add the chocolate topping, red fruits and sprinkle some powdered sugar, to taste.
