1 can of condensed milk
740ml Semi-skimmed milk
5 whole eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch flour
1 glass of port wine (22cl)
Place the condensed milk can, the 5 beaten eggs and the milk in a container.
In a separate bowl, dilute 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with two tablespoons of milk, until smooth.
Add to the preparation and add a glass of port wine.
In a pudding tin, previously greased with caramel, pour in the mixture using a strainer.
Place the covered tin in the Startwist pressure cooker and let cook for about 20 minutes.
After cooking, turn off the heat source and depressurize the pressure cooker completely before opening. Let the tin cool down before removing it from the pot.
When it's cold, unmold it in a deep plate (because of the caramel). It's ready to serve!
